Getting Oriented with Your Virtual Office
Once you’ve become a member of Young Living Essential Oils, you can use the username and password you created during the registration process to login to the Virtual Office, the “VO,” at any time.
To access your VO, please visit: www.youngliving.com/vo/#/login
Once you’re logged in, you will see your main Dashboard. Whether you choose to be on the business side and sell oils, or just remain as a wholesale customer, the Virtual Office Dashboard will look the same, but not all the categories will apply (e.g., sales volume).
Here’s a sample Dashboard (USA) for a member enrolled in Essential Rewards and is an actively selling distributor:
How to Order Young Living Essential Oil Products in the VO
Once you’re a member, there are two ways to order essential oils: Monthly Essential Rewards or Quick Order.
Essential Rewards: Once you’re logged in to the VO, click on the “Essential Rewards” bar on the left-hand column of the Dashboard. Just below you’ll find a description of key concepts in an ER order.
Use Quick Order if you want to purchase products and are not enrolled in Essential Rewards, OR any time you want to place an order in between your monthly ER purchases. If you are enrolled in ER, you can use your accumulated points towards your purchase. You can find Quick Order in the left-hand column menu of the VO.

Getting Started: Be sure to visit this page that covers all the Young Living basics — from “meeting” the company’s leaders, tips on what to do your “first seven days” and tips on experiencing, embracing and sharing the Young Living lifestyle.
My Organization: if you are a business member, this is where you can view your downline’s activitiy.
Member Resources: this section is absolutely rich with information, but don’t get overwhelmed — just take a moment to explore each time you’re logged in. Some key features include: YL University, product education, shareable media, policies, procedures and so much more!
Message Center: this function allows you to send a message to anyone in your downline only.
My Account: this is another tab you will frequently reference — click here to check order status and history, track commissions, and make any updates to your profile settings.
